Tony is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor that helps transform companies at multiple stages. He invests capital  and time in special situations often helping to build new strategies around high performance teams. He has been involved in the global energy industry as well as with  private equity/venture investment firms completing turn-arounds, with high exit multiples. Tony has participated in over 25 M&A, private equity/venture or JV transactions in various industries.

Tony operates LAAD & Co., his private investment and advisory vehicle. He was a senior executive at NextEra Energy/FPL running the Energy Marketing and Trading Division which he grew from $600Mil to $3Bil. Tony was also  CEO of a NASDAQ listed natural gas company (Allegheny/Mountaineer) which he grew from $8Mil to $350Mil, drilling 750 shale gas wells and turning around a large regional gas pipeline and utility.

Tony holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Boston College and has been active in the YPO/WPO organization for a number of years.
